Somehow I got stuck in the call screen, could not swipe up to get out. Had to do a soft reset which was pretty easy, no more ctrl-alt-del. Simply hold the lock button @ the top of the phone for a few seconds and you'll see a countdown screen and a cance and restart button. Posted via CB10
